Why I’m building this.
I’m Santy. Swiss and Argentine, half of me raised to trust institutions, the other half raised to expect them to fail. I quit Google at 23 to build. I believe in treating people well, keeping my word, and paying my debts on time.
What I don’t believe in — what I refuse to accept — is a world where a company can sign a contract, take your money, break the contract, and then dare you to spend six months and €4,000 in legal fees to recover €300. That isn’t capitalism. That’s a shakedown wearing a boarding pass.
Talion Strike exists because there should be a regulator, and there mostly isn’t. Until there is, the market has to enforce itself. That’s us. That’s the point.

Look — the amount of raw fury I feel every time a €1B airline “can’t process your refund at this time” is, medically speaking, a lot. I have, on more than one 3 a.m., seriously considered enrolling in a nuclear physics program with the sole objective of learning how to build a nuclear weapon and disintegrate contract-breaking cheaters from existence.
So instead I built Talion Strike. It is, on balance, probably healthier. Cheaper too. Legal in most jurisdictions. And it works on more than one airline at a time.
